Issues to Fix:

Radio: Consider installing a new radio or a modern head unit. You might also need to address any wiring issues or speaker connections.

Battery Gauge: Check the wiring and connections to the battery gauge. It might be a loose connection or a faulty gauge.

Heater/Defroster: Inspect the heater core, blower motor, and associated controls. It could be a matter of a disconnected hose or a malfunctioning component.

Reverse Lights: Reconnect or repair the wiring for the reverse lights.

Recommendations:

Speedometer: Since it’s inaccurate, you might need to calibrate it or replace the speedometer gear, depending on the setup.

Battery Gauge: If the gauge itself is faulty, replacing it may solve the problem. Otherwise, check for loose or damaged wiring.

Heater/Defroster: If it’s not working, it could be a simple fix or may require more extensive repair depending on the underlying issue.
