1994 GMC Suburban One Owner since day one! Immaculate, hard to find like this

You are looking at something that is getting harder and harder to come by. A true, documented from the day it sold new, one owner GMC Suburban!
You simply don't find vehicles like this too often anymore, when I tell you truck is well documented it's an understatement. This man kept track of every single detail on this truck. If he changed the wiper blades he wrote down when he changed them and what date and mileage.
When you see this truck and drive it there will not be a doubt in your mind that is was very well loved and taken care of. If you look at some of the pictures I included of the documentation you can see what I mean. Specifically where he notes the motor and trans were overhauled using all Gm/AcDelco parts. This gentleman took amazing care of this truck and spared no expense.
I have driven this truck with my family and would not hesitate for one second to load it up to the max and drive across country! I cannot imagine finding a nicer more well documented truck. It does not skip a beat
The interior is beyond nice! I haven't even cleaned it! Thats how she was when I picked up. Same under hood in engine compartment. No fancy detail job performed under there, that is how she came.
Ice cold a/c front and back, which when looking at the service records I can see that the lines and all were replaced. All you have to do is look at this truck and paper work and you will understand. AND WAIT TILL YOU DRIVE IT!
We haven't even got to the undercarriage yet, If you look at the pictures you can see all the common problem areas that Chevy/Gmc have are clearly not an issue on this truck! You can see all the factory seam sealer in tact! Pinch welds, seams, corners, rockers, all solid and in amazing condition! I tried to capture all the door jambs and problem areas on the truck as best as I could.
There is one picture of the top of drivers side front fender where there is a small dime sized spot of rust. That is it. Took an up close picture of this area so you can see. Look hard because good luck finding anything else worth mentioning.

I would like us to mutally have a smooth transaction and will do what I can to help facilitate that.* motor and trans were rebuilt with all gm ac/delco parts at about 185k. So drivetrain really only has about 40k on it. You can tell as soon as you drive.
