1992 GMC Sonoma

Having to sell my beloved adventure partner, Red Sonja. Well, she was red, but these past ten years she's mellowed and gotten a nice rust/pink patina to her. Not to give a sob story but (well I guess I'm going to anyway!) I'm having to sell a few things because I just moved in with my dear 89 year old Mama to take care of her (even though she can probably still kick my butt!). My brother passed away last year who lived with her and now his and my vehicles are over here at her house. The city is bitchin' about having to many vehicles next to the driveway (that and I need to buy myself a more reliable vehicle to do Mom stuff). ANYWAY....
I am the second owner of Sonja. Sonja was born as a 1992 GMC Sonoma Regular Cab 4x4. She came with, and still has, the original 4.3 V6 and a 5-Speed Manual Transmission. She has factory A/C and heat that works great if you can get the damn slider switch to stick. This S15/Sonoma is a factory "Special Package" that basically was the Baja package back then. The truck came with extra shielding under the engine and transmission and a different gear ratio along with space for a full size spare under the bed. I have the original window decal scanned and shown above.
I got Sonja about ten years ago. Great solid dependable truck. 4 Wheel Drive worked, transmission was fine, engine was like a sewing machine. The truck had after-market tires and rims already on it. Then after about a year or so I added a custom dual exhaust (one pipe has fallen off since then) and a lift with new tires and rims. What I purchased and got installed from a fancy truck place is in a photo above as well. (If you don't want to look it was a RCX 2.5 Inch Front & Rear Lift, 30.5 Nitto Terra Grappler G2 A/T Tires, and a set of Rockstar 2 17x8 Matte Black Wheels.
Nowadays one of the Rockstar Rims centercaps has a piece broken, but that's about it. The front drivers side wheel is toeing out for about a few months now. I am not sure if it is an A arm, balljoints, bushings, or whatever but it IS toeing out...I wouldn't really drive it for more than a few miles without looking at first. My brother was the mecahnic, but he passed away before he could take care of it. :-( There are a LOT of things wrong with the truck, but it runs well and there is no structural damage or debilitating rust issues. There is some surface rust on areas where the paint is gone, but nothing eating away. Driver side window rolls up and down needs help to keep straight. Carpets and headliner are out and the original bench seat doesn't look too good! Truck has 213,000 miles on it and engine sounds fine.

Ok...here are some things I have that go with it. The original stereo and under shielding, the original paperwork, manual, window decal and clear GA Title in my name. I have a box of new seals for all of the windows. I have a new glove compartment door. I have the original rear view mirrors and a few sets of those damn AC/Heat slider units that seem to always go out.Headlight switch always gave us trouble so he wired 'em straight to the battery with a kill-switch (has worked fine for years that way lol).
Anyway, please ask me any questions. I want to be totally clear on this truck and my brother's which I'm posting as well (1996 Chevy 2500 Silverado 4x4 Ext Cab 5.7)
Sorry for a lengthy, weird description...it actually makes me sad to post this but I want someone that may be interested in these trucks to make them champs again and the AI description was a joke LOL.
