Engine runs perfectly. It could idle for days. The cylinder heads have the ASTM modification that fixes the exhaust port cracking problem that killed most of these engines.
I've owned the truck 15 years. I bought it with ~70k miles from the brother of the original owner. He ran a fuel oil company in Des Moines, Washington, which is where the truck was bought new. Still have a few pieces of the original paperwork.
