1987 GMC Suburban 4x4 6.2L Diesel Southern Truck

6.2L Diesel runs incredibly strong, has great acceleration and starts right up every time. This Diesel was manufactured by Detroit Diesel and is one of the longest running engines ever in a GM product. Don't get this one confused with the other Diesels from the 80s.

4x4 works. Auto trans shifts strong.

Heater and defrost work. All AC components are there but AC does not blow cold.

All power windows work but driver window only goes 1/4 of the way down.

New lock actuators on 4 front doors. Rear barn doors need actuator.

Interior is good, front seat is used and needs recovered. Carpet is stained in front. Headliner is new, 2nd and 3rd seat are excellent.

Tires have 3/4 life.

Brake components are brand new and truck stops better than it ever did new. Brake lines, master cylinder, brake booster, pads, rotors, calipers and brake switch are new.

New batteries.

Needs driver side turn signal and brake light switch.

Fuel guage inop, every other guage works.

Interior lights work. Headlights work. Wipers work. Driven almost daily.

Rust in driver side rocker, w holes, see pic. Small rust in tailgate area. Frame is clean. Southern truck from GA then TN and less than 1 year in OH.
