The truck has a nv4500 manual trans with center force clutch, msd 6al ignition box with coil, holly red fuel pump, built 12 bolt rear end with Yukon gear internals, custom trac bars and lot of small upgrades. The truck also comes with a stock GM350 and all the parts to make it a driver. The body is in pretty good shape but does have a few dents and scratches and 2 spots of minor rust above the passenger fenders
