1992 GMC Sierra 1500

Here is an opportunity to own a very hard to find GMC, 4X4, V8, shortbed, pickup with a stick shift and no rust! I Absolutely love this truck. There are signs of it’s age, but overall this truck is in great shape.I’ll start with the few things I don’t like. There’s a little break in the center vent on dash up by the windshield. The radio works but you have to have a very strong signal. (Seems like the antenna isn’t hooked up). The Heat-A/C fan makes a little squeaking noise in low speed which goes away in higher speed. The seat does show signs of wear and has a little tear on the passenger side which I sewed up.My least favorite thing is the repaint. It looks pretty good but it’s not a great job and the clear coat on the white is flaking(I believe the white is original).I was hoping to put a high end paint job on the truck because it’s in such great shape.

Now the awesome stuff..... Brand new clutch, plus flywheel. Very little wear on tires. I replaced the ignition switch, and turn signal switch because I’ve had problems with both on these trucks in the past. Also put new electronic brake switch/sensor (ABS) because the dash brake light flashed. Both doors have new hinge pins and work great. Just serviced AC and heater works excellent.

Truck lived it’s life in Nevada so it is literally rust free. With 112 K showing on the odometer there’s many years left in this truck.

A lot of people have asked why I’m selling. Shortly after I bought this truck I found another military Jeep I had to have. Along with the two other jeeps and my Vette my much better half lost her garage space. Well.......that didn’t go over so well. So, I really love the truck but believe it or not I love my wife of 40 years more! So there you go.
