1954 GMC Grumman Olson Curbside Step Van up for sale. This is a truly one of a kind RV conversion. Complete withrefrigerator & freezer, 3 burner stove and range oven,double stainless sink, shower, toilet, closet, dining table, water tanks, etc. This van was professionally converted in the late 80's and was used regularly up until 3 years ago by the second owners when they became too old to drive. Van has always been taken care of and stored undercover. Van has also went through a completedrive train rebuild. Complete with a small block Chevy V-8 with turbo 400 automatic transmission. Also has powersteering conversion with power brakes. Added air conditioning (needs a charge), dual gas tanks, dual battery set up, tow package with electric trailer brakes and heavy duty cooling system. Van also comes with detailed owners manual, complete with brochures for appliances and a hand typed manual for a step by step operation of the van when you get ready to use, propane tanks, procedures, etc.....Motor runs great as we spent $3,751 to get the heads redone and have the entire van gone through mechanically see receipt. With a little TLC you will have a truly one of a kind classic step van with a ton of expensive upgrades already done. These vans are getting hard to find and almost impossible with these modifications. Body is in great shape with no rust or wrecks. The tires are fine tread wise but sidewalls looked aged so I recently purchased 4 new tired that will come with the van and the brakes will need to be adjusted and an alignmentis in order when the new tires are installed. Interior is in excellent condition and is like walking into a time capsule and my wife just did the interior in summer of 2018 with new paint, curtains, checkeredfloor and cool license plate decor. Van has a clean California pink slip in my name with matching original black and yellow license plates with current registration and tags. Must be seen to appreciate.
