1966 GMC Truck
Up for bid is my 1966 GMC Big Back window short bed truck. With a Twin Turbo 6.0 modern engine. I have put a ton of time and money into building this truck, into what will be a very cool extremely fast truck. Most of all the hard work is done.All New:Wiring, Wheels and Tires, Suspension, Rebuilt true lock possi rear end, Exhaust, Gauges and Electronics, Cool original bench seat re-covered in Black and white hounds tooth pattern. New Tilt steering Column. 4 wheel disk brakes. New fuel tank with fuel pump in the tank. The plan was to sand down entire body and go with a raw metal finish with clear coat. Was going to do a Arm Forces military look. At this point you can go what ever direction you think will be cool. The bed and front end body work is mostly done . Cab is super nice and has no rust.This truck is running and very fast. When ran on the Dyno it was well over 500 HP. I'm told by the builder at full boost it can possibly hit much more then that. I do not want to misstate its potential all I can truthfully say is they built it to handle 1000 HP. As with most custom builds I have way more money into this tuck then I think I will ever get back out. So the lucky winner will definitely be getting a great deal. I wish I could keep it and finish it but unfortunately like most sad Car story's I have to sell it.
