We all see plenty of Chevys from this generation cruising around, the GMC is far less common. The front end of this truck sets it apart from the pack, and is an instant conversation starter. Don't plan to drive this truck without getting plenty of nods and thumbs in the air.
The truck is originally from Durango Colorado but was never driven in harsh conditions. She now resides inSouthern California, and is ready for her next chapter in life. The truck rides incredibly smooth. Sometimes when you drive a classic truck it just feels good, this is one of those trucks. She fires right up. Runs, stops, and steers silky smooth. Thepower steering and power disc brakes provide effortless cruising, the suspension feels great, not too stiff, not too soft. The 350 is mated to dual exhaust featuring Magnaflow mufflers. A nicerumble thatdoesn't override a conversation in the cab, but you know you have a V8 when you put your foot in it. She moves though the gear box nicely and is certainlycapable of daily driving. Featuring 3 fuel tanks, you have quite a bit of range before needing to stop.
Thefactory Hugger Orange and White two-tone is such a great combo on this truck. There have been a few touch ups that were tastefullydone, and thetruck retains just the right amount of patina. The bed was coated professionally with LineX, this was not a backyard job. The metal is in great shape, cab corners are solid. This is not a frame off restoration, this is a driver that has been well maintained. The doors shut nice and the gaps are all pretty even. Its pleasure to wipe her down. The trim is all original, the factory option chrome bumper is beautiful. The factory option wheel covers are wonderful.
Inside the truck is all original except the seat was recovered. The truck shows incredibly well inside. I like the contrast of the factoryparchment appointments with the new seat cover. Easily converted back to factory, as all parts for thistruck are readily avail. The interior paint is all original. The floor mat is original, and in great shape, always had protective mats on it.Inside the glove box you'll see the original SPIDreflecting all of the trucks factory options, including 373 rear withposi, and the customcomfort and convenience package.
All in all, she's just a great truck thats ready to work or play. I have done my best to describe the truck and provided 60 pictures and a video. I encourage personal inspection of the vehicle and I am happy to discuss details further. You can reach me directly on my cell between 9a-7p PST. (949) 521-1484. The truck is sold "as is, where is". No warranty is written, expressed, nor implied. I can help arrange transportation at the buyers expense.
