This GMC 1000 series 1/2 Ton Pickup is finnished in Dupont Sun Yellow Urethane paint and has a 8 foot step side bed. It was born with a 6 cylinder engine and has been enhanced with a worked 350 engine, turbo 350 transmission and 10 bolt tru trac 355 posi rear.
The fresh high performance 350 engine has a new Holly 650 cfm carburetor with dual accelerator pumps and mechanical secondaries, Liberty Racing Heads, Angled Plugs, Comp Thumper Cam, and Ceramic Coated Headers. This GMC is throaty, runs strong, has lots of power and is a great cruiser and also handles nice for highway driving.
It has a turbo 350 transmission and 10 bolt tru trac posi rear with 355 gearing.It is equipped with power steering and power disc brakes (front ) and drum brakes on the rear. The rims are chrome American Racing Wheels 5 lug in front and 6 lug in rear.
The GMC also has a 21 gallon aluminum gas tank that is accessible and mounted under the wood bed. The factory tank has been removed but the gas tank neck and cap behind drivers door remains for show.
The GMC shows well for having an older paint job around 10 years old per previous owner. While the paint still retains a great shine and is very presentable, there are still some small scratches and chips in the paint and a scratch across the bottom of the passenger door. It has a wood bed that is in great shape and the undercarriage is very clean and looks to be a previous frame off restoration.
The interior has a a gray and lavender seat and lavender door panels. The dash gauges were changed out with dolphin gauges about 120 miles ago and the original dash cluster's speedometer matches the title showing 3366 miles. (Vehicle will be sold with true mileage unknown) Current mileage on the dolphin speedometer reads 120 miles and is subject to change.
