I assure you that the vin is correct as the truck was owned by the Federal Goverment with this printed on the title..Why go through all the work of cutting down a long box when I have a Clean,rustfree,no accidents,southern (Missouri) 1985 GMC High Sierra shortbox 2wd truck. Former Government truck with 21,599 miles. Original red/red truck that would be an easy restoration.WILL NOT need any body panels replaced it's that clean meaning rockers,cab corners,bottom of the doors,lower front fenders. Body is sitting on the frame right now so that is why the body lines don't match up. Box is off of an Arizonia truck I had that was converted to a stepside shortbox. I have a factory 4 headlight setup for the truck included in this auction. Wiring is all in place and in great condition.
