1987 GMC Jimmy Sierra Classic

This 1987 GMC Jimmy 4×4 shows 159k miles and was with the original owner in California until 2016. Truck is in amazing condition for its age. There are very few of these k10 Jimmy's remaining in this condition.

The Sierra Classic package was the highest trim level available, and included additional side moldings, a chrome grille surround, a brushed instrument panel appliqué, and upgraded interior finishes. The fuel-injected 350ci V8 has recently been serviced and the rear main seal was replaced. The 4-speed 700R4 automatic transmission and transfer case were serviced as well, and a new exhaust and shocks were installed.

The hood and roof have been repainted, all other paint and pin stripingis original.

15″ 6-lug Rally-style wheels retain their chrome trim rings and the All Terrain tires have lots of tread remaining.

The rearroof sectionis a removable.

The Sierra Classic package featured upgraded interior finishes, including a full instrument panel with brushed aluminum appliqué. Power windows and steering are equipped, and the factory cassette radio remains in place and works great . The carpets and the velour upholstery is well-preserved.

All interior electrical features, including cruise control, are functional. The five-digit odometer shows 59,024 miles and the provided Carfax indicates that it has rolled over.

The 5.7-liter V8 engine was the largest engine available, and was equipped with fuel injection for the 1987 model year. Power is sent through a four-speed automatic transmission, and the part-time 4WD system features remote locking front hubs and a hi/lo transfer case. The truck was recently serviced and inspected, and a new rear main seal was installed. The transmission and transfer case were also serviced at that time. New shocks and exhaust system have also been installed.
