Original custom paint-job preserved with FINE PATINA intact.
New custom interior, wrap around front velvet curtains, Double thick-Fur-lined cutains all around for complete blackout from outside / peepers. New carpet with water proof under-pad and extra padding on black FUR-LINED bench for a firm but do-able sleeper.
Original 1970's ceiling and walls. Rebuilt 305 with 4BBL rochester, 3 speed auto with shift kit, New custom exhaust/mufflers with deep-loud rumble and the big blockpotatoe potatoe sound. She idles sweet and low at 400rpm.Upgraded leaf springs and shocks front and back, extra wide AL Mag Wheels with a deep offse, staggered COOPER COBRAS under some sweet original era fibreglass wheel flares .new stacked on old interior (Tartan Ceiling and diamond vinyl walls original, everything else interior new/refurbished), overhead lighting effects with both vintage infinity effect and RGB LED with remote control, 10" 500W RMS Rockford Fosgate sub-woofer / Amp Combo with surround speakers in dash and inside overhead storage with three storage hatches in the bench. Also secondary battery bank (2x deep cycle AGM batt, isolated with charge controller) powering a 2000W 120V inverter that will boil a kettle and surley run your computer, TV or Playstation. It also powers a modern electric ignition propane furnace with wall thermostat, huge 30 gallon undermount propane tank will run the furnace for weeks of overnights. You can camp in cold snowy weather. Also worthy of mention is the red velvet dashboard with 24karat gold leaf accents and new front seats. The van is my daily driver so the "new material " has been lived on a bit but it's still less than a few months old. THINGS TO KNOW: The door deals are less than awesome and the door/window hardware is a bit worn as expected from 1978 but it all comes together for a great patina. Its all there and it works fine. The slider works perfectly as it has a new latch mechanism. The slider door will contact the flares, it will require a longer swing arm to fully open. Milage is estimated on rebuilt engine . Transmission is believed to have been serviced with engine rebuild. Tight engine . Timing bang on, does not wander at ALL. Lots of power, kick down and carb working great, Shifts clean,smells good, burns clean, a little MINOR seepage from front seal and tranny pan gasket. The dash cluster speedo rubs/chirps a bit here and there and that's all the things i would want to know if i was buying it.
