1983 GMC S15 Show Truck
1983 GMC Sierra 1500
1983 GMC S15 truck that has had a show quality build.Vehicle was bought and torn apart with only 3 miles on it.It has been worked on for many years and sat for periods of time as well.It has less than 200 miles.Part of the truck was worked on by Duane Mayer from the Boyd Coddington shop.
Engine/Drive:LT1 with overdrive transmission producing about 400hp.9” rear with 373 posi.The custom frame has been smoothed and powder coated to a show quality appearance.4-link rear suspension with coil over shocks on all 4 corners.4 wheel disc brakes along with brand new tires and wheels.Stainless steel exhaust.AC and nice chrome in the engine compartment which is highly detailed to show quality as well.LED lights can be turned on in the engine compartment with the remote key fob for showing at car shows at night.
Paint:Beautiful paint job that was completed in 2016.The flame images have all been painted on the car(no decals). Protective plastic covers over the headlights that just slide on/off.
Interior:Dakota Digital dash, lokar shifter, everything else in the interior is new as well.Power windows/locks.Custom console.The seat belts need to be installed, but I do have them and will be included with the truck.
Bed:Electronic bed cover and activated with a switch on the console.Bed is basically unfinished and has an insert laying in it so things don’t slide around.Gas cap was moved to the bed.
