This 1964 GMC Fleetside, custom cab, 1/2 ton, rare short bed, is in excellent condition inside and out, and has been correctly restored with all GM parts. Undercarriage is in excellent condition as well. 396 with very low miles with freshly rebuilt Muncie M21 4speed manual transmission. 12 bolt differential with Eaton locker and 3:73 gears and freshly rebuilt new driveshaft. Body and frame media blasted, and all trim is re-chromed, re-anodized, and polished. Powder coated frame and powder coated suspension and cross-member parts, new CPP front lowering kit with rebuilt front suspension and rebuilt steering box. New CPP rear leaf springs, rebuilt steering column, and restored original steering wheel. New stock electrical throughout. Restored and refinished original underhood fasteners painted in original black-oxide. Interior finished in N.O.S. 1964 GM Red vinyl, and fabric from SMS Fabrics. Stock bench seat reupholstered by Bill Dunn Upholstery, so you know how nice that is. Heater, defroster and wipers work as per owner. Stock Gauges with optional Tachometer and Batt-O-Meter. Stewart Warner manual oil pressure gauge and temperature gauges. Instrument/gauge bezel correctly restored and makes the interior look like brand new. Factory GM 15 inch wheels widened in the rear with restored 1958 Corvette 'Poverty Caps'. New 215/65R15 front tires, and 275/60R15 rear tires. Excellent new oak bed wood finishes this pickup off just right.Now for the fun stuff;
