Up for auction: Is my 1970 GMC Long Bed 2 wheel drive pick up. This truck is aRare farm find! It still has the chalk on the firewall that says GMC and the Paint code on it. This is a nice patina and I've already turned it into a nice everyday Rat Rod Driver. I did EVERYTHING to this truck. Everything works and operates beautifully. Even the cigarette lighter! What I did.. Drive train has been totally redone, I lowered it with a CPP (Classic Performance Machine) 3 inch lowering kit . Which is new springs and shocks. Also. A disc brake conversion kit up front, New brake shoes and spring kits, I replaced the rear end bearings and fluid, all new U joints, Transmission has been gone through with new filter and fluids, New complete front end ball joints upper and lower, New control arms and front end. Engine has been replaced with a rebuilt 350 with about 6000milesHas a Flamethrower Ignition for nice easy starts.Theoriginal motor comes with if you want it? All newRally rimsfrom Coker Tire 14 x 10 in the rear 14 x 8 in the front, All new BF Goodrich TA tires. Interior. New Brown seat cover. Dash pad, new steering wheel by Grant, All new dash Switches and new arm rests. New floor mat and door sill plates,I took the dash cluster apart and repainted the gauge needles replaced every bulb and a new plastic lense. I also replaced every gasket and door felts in both doors and re greased both window regulators. They roll up and down with ease. Hardly any water comes in when washing. New windshield and gasket. Radio is original but stopped working this past summer. New wood in the bed.I drive this truck almost everyday and she starts and drives straight as an arrow.
