1967 GMC C15
1967 GMC C15
This custom GMC C15 was built with the idea and plan of being a show truck. Yet the owner did not want to make this a trailer queen either. So it was built to show quality while still being a great and reliable driving truck. a 450hp, 450 lb/ft of torque, 383 small block. Backed by a 700R4 transmission. An aluminum radiator was employed to keep things running cool and a 140 amp alternator was added to power all the added electronic systems. The truck features a full custom stereo system with 2, JL Audio 13.5 inch subs, 6.5 inch components, JL Audio Amps and an Alpine head unit that features, DVD, Navigation and Bluetooth technology. A custom airride setup built by Porterbuilt Fabrications, which is controlled by an Accuair control unit. The air pump is engine driven. The exterior was painted in a beautiful, Metallic Burgandy with custom pinstriping. The color was also sprayed inside and features matching white and burgandy leather. Carbon Dakota Digital gauges keep the driver informed. A chrome, tilt steering column and rack and pinion power steering make this much easier to handle. One piece, power windows were added and electric, remote control door poppers as well. The truck rides on 22" chrome rims with Hankook tires. 13" front and 12" rear disc brakes provide some upgraded stopping power. This truck belongs to one of our Techs and is not here in the showroom.
