1962 Ford Fairlane

I have for sale this 1962 Ford Fairlane. I got this vehicle in a divorce so be patient with on what information I have/know. This car was bought a few years ago from an auction of a man who had a lot of vintage cars just wasting away in his yard. It did not even have a title so we went through a lengthy process with DMV to get a title for it. So my ex-husband was slowly (very slowly) working on this car. In 2009 he got the fresh new paint. 2010 he put in a 0 mile brand new engine in about 2012 he got half the interior done....and that was it. So the car does start, owever there is something wrong with the transmission because it only drives in reverse. the floor on the driver's side collects water because of the missing gasket on the door. I try to clean as best I can to avoid rust but you can see in the picture how it is now. He had always kept in in a garage, ut i do not have one so for the last 6 months it has been outside. I have started it on occasion. Please feel free to ask me any questions, here is a possibility I may have missed some information
