This F-100 Was Meticulously Built With Attention To Detail Apparent Throughout. This Isn't Some Slapped Together Rat Rod Folks. This Is A Very Nicely Built Frame Off Restored RestoMod Truck And The Only Reason WeThrowThe Phrase Rat Rod Around Is Due To The Fact That It Still Wears Its MainlyOriginalPerfectly Weathered Patina Paint. Thats Right! This Pick Up Wears It's Original Patina And Paint That Looks Amazing And Simply Can't Be Bought Or Duplicated. It's Taken Over 60 Years Of Weather And Sun Bake To Get This Awesome Look And For All You Patina Fans You'll Certainly Appreciate This One. The Paint Has Even Been Clear Coated To Protect It's Awesome Look. This Build Was Started On An Decent Original Body That Was Removed To Get The Frame And Chassis Painted And All Sorted Out. A Narrowed 2 Ton Front Axle With Full Power Rack And Pinion Was Added Along With Power Brakes And Steering. A Bullet Proof Ford 9" Rear End With Posi Traction And Moser Axles Was Added To The Rear End. The Cummins 4BT Turbo Diesel Engine And A Built 400 Turbo Transmission Were Dropped In Next As The Driving Force Of This Pickup. All New Shocks, ushings, rake Lines And Brakes Were Installed Along With All New Exhaust. The Entire Undercarriage Was Painted After All Rust Issues Were Replaced Or Patched And New Wiring Was Ran Before Body And Chassis Were United Once Again. The Bed Received A Full Tub Job Not Only For Looks But To Fit Those Massive Custom Built 20" Rims And Allow For The Lowered Stance. Hand Made Oak Boards Were Added To The Remaining Portions Of The Bed. A Slightly Freshened Up Interior Was Also Needed But The Originality Of The Truck Was Still The Focal Point. A Fresh Seat With Drop Down Center Armrest Was Added For Cozy Comfort. Extra Gauges Were Added To Keep An Eye On All The Truck's Important Vitals. 2 Layers Of Custom Sound Dampening Pads Were Laid To The Floor Along With All New Carpet. A Custom B&M Shifter Was Added To Easily Shift This Rig As Well. Other Than That, he Aged Old School Steering Wheel Was Kept Along With The Original Gauges And Some Classic Original Stickers. All New Glass Was Installed Along With All New Seals And Weather Stripping As Well. New Lights And Signals Were Added And Even The Original Dome Light Works On This Truck. Coupled With Some New Custom Built One Piece 20" Rims Along With That Patina Paint And Lowered Stance, his Truck Was Rounded Out Perfectly With A Look That Simply Kicks Ass.
