1972 Torino Gran Sport Fastback, ell optioned with matching # Q code 351c 4V Cobra Jet, 6 transmission with 3.25 9” rearend, ir conditioning, auge package with tach, ower steering, isc brakes and original Magnum 500 wheels. This is a nice looking, ood running and solid car that runs and drives good and is ready to enjoy. It would make a great no guilt driver since it looks good but is not perfect. Originally a California car that has been in Washington for about 5 years.

Overall this is a good looking car with a very good body. The body on the Torino is very solid with virtually no rust oand no evidence of previous rust repairs. The paint is 10 years old or so and still shines with no fading but has plenty of chips and touched up spots. I’d call it a 20 footer or better. It was originally Gold but was obviously painted yellow. Body lines are good and the doors open and close very nicely. The only sign of rust is a tiny bit starting around the drain plugs in the rear floor, t is very minor, lmost unoticable. The quarters, rame, runk, oors, runk drop-offs, loors, tc all look very solid.. There are a few minor dings that are not too noticeable, couple under the right rear marker light and one in the right door. Also some minor damage behind the left front wheel that is also not too noticeable. There is evidence of bodywork in the right quarter that is noticeable if you look very close. Bumpers are nice and were rechromed when the car was repainted. Glass is good with no cracks. Magnum 500’s are original and have minor fading and pitting but look good overall. Tires are nearly new 235/60r14’s. Front grill surround is broken in places, he grill trim has a few dings and the grill has a few missing bars in the black area that aren’t too noticeable.

The black interior is nice with excellent door panels that have factory speaker grills, ice headliner, arpet and dash. The seats look good but there are a couple splitting seams on the driver’s seat. It currently has an aftermarket stereo. All gauges work including the tach except the gas gauge. Lights and wipers worked. Heater worked until I drove it last weekend and the fan motor stopped working. I have not had time to look into it. Emergency brake handle is missing but it is fully functional, ust need a new release handle which is an easy fix.

It has the original matching # (yes vin is stamped on back of block) 351C 4V Cobra Jet that was rebuilt a few years ago and has very low miles. It is mostly stock with original intake and exhaust manifolds and the correct air cleaner with “popper” valve on the side and chrome lid. The engine runs great with no knocks, moke or noises. The transmission works properly through all gears. The suspension feels good but the steering has some typical play in it. The air conditioning is all there and still hooked up but there is no belt. I will need a recharge and probably some other work to get it functioning again. Could use an alignment.

Car is sold as is where is with no warranty expressed or implied. It is available for inspection by appointment only. I have done my best to describe it accurately but please understand that this is a 45 year old car that needs some restoration work. International buyers are welcome.
