This car was special ordered and purchased new by my grandfather in 1969. I have a huge roll of history on the car (see pics) including original window sticker. nbsp;special order papers and the original title after bank loan was paid off January 1972. All Original Numbers Matching. Recently the cylinder heads were refinished and changed over to take the new unleaded fuel. rebuilt the carburetor at the the same time. Converted the original distributor to electronic ignition (Pertronix). While the work was being performed I refurbished the original exhaust manifolds and ceramic coated. Everything was cleaned. sand blasted and repainted with correct high temp engine paint. every nut and bolt. Have all receipts for this. This car was ordered with the 390 V-8. 3-Speed Manual Transmission. nbsp;Power Steering. Manual Brakes. Radio Delete. nbsp;Extra Cooling Package. Head Restraints. nbsp;Wheel Covers. Car still has the original Bias Ply Tires that will need to be replaced soon. Mechanics: on a scale from 1-10. 10 being the best. I would rate the mechanics a 9. While the engine runs excellent with zero fluid leaks the car will need rear brakes soon and the fuel sending unit in the tank needs repair or replacement as well. Everything else works on the car as it should. Exterior: Exterior on a scale from 1-10. 10 being the best. I would rate the cars exterior a 8. While most of the original paint still shines nicely the car has had some paint work in it's lifetime. touch up paint. some door dings. rust around the rear window (see drivers side pics) and under the rear lip of the trunk lid. Interior: On a scale from 1-10. 10 being the best. I would rate the cars interior a 9. While the interior still looks like new there are the obvious cracks in the dash and some wear on the drivers seat back and drivers side carpet (see pics). This car is selling NO RESERVE.
