If you are looking for a solid investment in a vintage bronco this is your truck. Drive it to car shows and the grocery store as-is or use it as the ultimate starting point for your own stock to custom restoration. People stop me to ask about it and I get a lot of questions and compliments whenever I drive it.All numbers matching - the truck is 100% stock and has never been cut, modded or restored. Odometer shows 72,770 original miles. I hold clear title in my name. I have loved this vehicle and it has always started even in the coldest weather, the engine runs like its brand new and the 4x4 will drive thru anything and it is easily the best snow plow I have ever owned. It is unstoppable in snow. I bought this truck many years ago from a farm where it was used for plowing snow on the farm and was mostly kept out of the salt. It has been maintained by an old timer at my local mechanic shop and it is in good running & driving condition. In the past 8 years it has had: New OEM fuel tank, fuel filler neck, fuel cap, fuel line to engine, full carb rebuild with OEM Ford parts, new brake booster, new brake master cylinder and lines, brakes inspected and brake fluid flush, suspension & steering inspection, new OEM exhaust, new starter and many more small repairs to this daily driver. Everything works including the speedometer, lights and all gauges. Engine fires right up, runs smooth and has a huge amount of power. Transmission is a 3-speed automatic and shifts good. 4x4 system works great and shifts properly from 4x2 - 4x4 - 4x4 low range. Front tires were new a few years ago and are still excellent, all 4 tires hold air and roll well.Body: Overall the sheet metal has dents, rust and patch jobs on the rocker panels and fender corners. The floor boards and rear cargo floor are rusted out in places.The doors open and close well and latch easily and the body panels and sheet metal still line up. Please see photos for more detail. The frame overall looks solid and good but it does have one small area at the passengers side rear bumper mount that has rusted thru. 15,256 Broncos rolled off the line in 1976 with 372 factory snow plow packages sold. Rust:Body sheet metal is rusted and was patched in the past by a previous owner, the floorboards are rusted and the rear sheet metal is rusted. The frame has rust holes right at the rear bumper mounting point, but the rest of the frame appears to be intact. This snow plow was used on a farm for 25 years and was mostly kept out of the salt.”
