1966 Ford F-100 Custom Cab

We are proud to list this beautiful example of a hard to find 1966 F100 Short Wide slick. The truck was a San Jose built factory 2wd 6 cyl 4 speed from the factory. It is NOW a 1966 SWB 4x4 302 4V C6 AT with Hydro Boost brakes and power steering, custom built C6 automatic with Ford NP205 transfer case. The front and rear differentials are from a 78 Ford Bronco and are redone with 3:50 trac loc gears. The front dana 44 is refurbished and the brakes are new discs. Driveline is Tom Woods. The brake lines, prop valve, and brakes are 78 Ford Bronco and new. Hence the F11 designation on the door tag.Engine: C8AE-6015 rebuilt .030 overbore, Aluminum intake with Holley 650 cfm carb, auto choke, Pertronix ignition and coil, new 9mm wires and plugs, electric fuel pump, and new 2 1/4" aluminized exhaust with black powder coated custom exhaust tips. A new factory style ps pump and new billet pulleys were installed with a large core aluminum radiator. The engine has a nice dress kit and large K&N air cleaner assembly. The heads are mustang milled with large SS valves and hardened seats using the Comp Cam magnum tip roller rockers( 145-150 lbs. compression) The body was excellent to start with and we just made it better. The cab and bed are ORIGINAL sheet metal, weren't dinged up and the bed had zero rust. The paint is a 2014 Jeep color called "ANVIL BLUE" Nason base with USC 7500 clear coat. Extra paint is included with the sale.We fished and seal coated the entire undercarriage of the cab and bed with BLACK RAPTOR and stripped all the emblems and side molding to be painted semi gloss black including the mirrors. The body has new fasteners, sound proofing in cab. carpet, upholstery, and headliner. We installed a new Kenwood blue tooth stereo because YOUR music is better than FM music in most cases and the PYLE speaker system sounds awesome. The heater core was replaced as was the temp control valve with a fresh quiet motor. Functions well. The tinted windshield, gasket, door gaskets, and fasteners are all fresh. The door arm rests are original now but we have new replacements on order to complete the interior. The new LED headlights have the orange halo for turn signals wired in and give AMPLE light. lol I rubbed through a spot above the radio and have an appointment at the body shop to repaint a small part of the dash on Tuesday. Other than that small cranial rectal inversion it is ready to rock. The wheels are custom 15x10 with factory centers so the hub caps would work like factory. The mud terrains are 33-12.50R15 and brand new. We used a painted front bumper and a custom rear step bumper with receiver hitch and a FORD lighted third brake light switch. The step grip is 3M and used on the rear bumper and cab sill ledger for anti slip.The tailgate is original and the hardware is redone. Most all the small parts were media blasted, etch primed and painted semi gloss black with three coats. Probably won't be too susceptible to rust any time soon.Disclaimers: The truck is very nice but built to go on or off road. There are no warranties expressed or implied.
