This 1940 Ford Coupe is a stunningly restored vehicle with updates to the exterior, interior, and drivetrain. The owner has used it for car shows. The vehicle runs great and has a clean title.

Vehicle Details

Up for sale is a 1940 Ford Deluxe Coupe. True 50’s Hot Rod. This is a beautiful car. It was built well with no expense spared. It’s all original 1940 Ford steel. The only thing that is fiberglass are the rear fender skirts. The interior is a full custom interior top to bottom and looks beautiful. Seats are power adjusted and work good. The trunk interior also matches the inside. It has all the factory gauges and cluster is intact. They did add a radio at one point that does work, not the greatest sound but maybe just add a new speaker. There is a small gauge cluster with aftermarket gauges that do work for oil, temp and volts. The car was converted to a 12V system years ago. The paint on this car is really nice. No rust anywhere. There are a few Imperfections from being an older paint job, but for being a black car it’s straight and not filled with fiberglass. The car is super straight and they did a nice job. Underside is beautiful with NO rust anywhere. All the doors, hood and trunk lid close perfectly. No dropping or getting stuck like most early Fords. Has all original suspension and rear end, but runs and drives great. Motor is a later 50’s flathead. Had some head work done and tri-power set up. All set up correctly and never any issues. Has the great flathead sound, sounding like a well oiled machine. Plenty of power and cruises nice on the highway. No overheating anytime. Runs cool. The car runs and drives awesome. Drive anywhere anytime. Super reliable.
