1928 Ford Roadster on 32 chassis all Ford steel
1928 Ford Roadster
Beautiful1928 Ford AR Roadster! All Henry Ford steel body and frame. This car was built in the late 1970's by hot rod builder Randy Kenny who has built some notable California hot rods over the years. Also, there was quite a bit of work performed by legendary metal man Jack Hagemann Sr.! Jack did the three piece aluminum hood and full louvered pan under the car. Even though the car was built a long time ago it has been well cared for and only has 9,000 miles since completion! The fit and finish of this car is incredible. The black lacquer and flamed paint job has a few minor blemishes from age but still looks fantastic! the car has an excellent running 350 engine and 350 transmission. it also has, power steering, power brakes, cruise control, a tilt column, turn signals, and a working heater! in the back is a chrome plated 10 bolt chevy rear end with drum brakes. up front it is a fully chromed dropped axle front end with disk brakes hidden under the buick finned drum covers. This car runs and drives perfectly! no rattles, no shakes, and absolutely no problems! it literally feels like driving a new car and stops on a dime! if you were to have a car built like this today it would cost you well over $150K! it was also featured in Street Rodder Magazine in the late 70's, so that's a bonus! This is a true time capsule! It has that cool 50's look but with all the modern conveniences. Located in Jackson CA. I know a few good shipping company's and can help get it anywhere in the country. feel free to message me with any questions. partial or full trades up or down also an option. I have it listed locally on market place so I reserve the right to end the auction if it sells. Thanks and good luck!!
