I am helping sell this super-cool survivor, 1979 Ford F100, 1/2-ton, short-bed pickup, to help settle the estate of a classic truck lover. Since purchased new, this great-American-classic is said to have 43,010 miles - the title shows a discrepancy. This truck has always been garage-kept and very well maintained. It spent most of its life in Arizona. It has a straight, very solid body, with little rust and lots of patina. It has a solid frame and suspension - rolling on a nice set of radials. It came with factory air conditioning, but it is missing the compressor.
The interior is original - with wear and rips on the driver's side. It could use a new dash pad. The trim and glass are in good condition. This truck is a blast to drive-with its 302-cubic-inch, 5.0 litre V8 and automatic transmission. It draws a crowd of admirers wherever it goes.
