Here I have for sale my beloved 1973 Ford F250. It is a true “highboy” Ranger with the nose and bed from a 1979 truck. The original 360 V8 was removed recently and replaced with a low mileage (92,000 mile) 5.9L Cummins diesel from a 1990 Dodge truck, and a remanufactured Getrag 360 5 speed manual transmission. Power steering was added during the swap along with heavier front springs to support the Cummins. The truck still has the original divorced transfer case that has a part-time 4x4 conversion kit installed with locking hubs. The seat is newly reupholstered, it has new carpet, and a modern stereo system installed. It also has brand new Pro-Comp alloy wheels and new Federal MTs. The heater works great and is not noisy. The truck is originally from Washington, and I acquired it from the second known owner in Idaho. The truck is overall in great shape with just a few small dings which are included in the photographs, and the truck has little to no rust issues. It drives perfect and gets decent fuel mileage. The truck will be sold with a bill of sale only as my state requires, but I do have the previous title from Idaho if needed. I would love to keep the truck, but I need to downsize my fleet and unfortunately my wife picked this one to go first.
