Street restoration with professional labor and new parts
1988 Ford Mustang LX
Owned since 2017 and restored with functional, reliable upgrades. Originally intended as a track car, my brother and I went through 5 rounds of restoration with this gorgeous vehicle. It drive smoothly, straight, and does exactly what you tell it to! If it didn't make it go fast, the parts had to go. Lightweight, nimble, responsive, stout brakes and the classic 5.0 engine lope all foxbody enthusiasts lust after. This stang is seriously one of the most fun cars I've ever driven. Sorted with love from two motorheads, and labor from excellent Austin TX classic car shops and an expert SCCA racing mechanic specializing in historic Fords. $35K+ in parts and labor 2017-Present. We put about 6K miles on the through our ownership on beautiful smooth highways and twisty back roads in austin. This car hasn't ever seen snow or salt, and doesn't have any rust. Recent detail, clay bar, wax and shine makes it sparkle under the sun!
