1968 Ford Mustang
Car spent its life in the South (Ga. and Fla.) Was brought into Ohio in July 2012, and I brought it to NC with me in 2020. It retains all its original sheet metal incl. body panels, floor pans, trunk pan, etc. SOLID AND STRAIGHT! GAPS ARE ALL GOOD ON DOORS, DECK LID, AND HOOD. Color is "Meadowlark Yellow" which was the orig. color as well It is very clean underneath!
It's a "C code" car with a 289, 3 speed on floor. It has a 289 rebuilt motor and totally "dressed out" everything under hood was painted incl. engine block, inner fender panels, etc.Edelbrock "Performer 289" dual plane intake, oval Mustang low profile air cleaner, billet pulleys etc. Has power steering that was added to car and disc brakes on front. Aluminum radiator with electric fan. Transmission and rear also rebuilt according to previous owner. Engine seems to be rebuilt back to stock specs. Stock fuel pump and exhaust manifolds. Dual exhaust into Flowmasters and ran all the way back with nice dual tips on each side.Sounds very good.
Coy 18x8 wheels on rear, and 18x7 on front. Paint is in good shape, there is a chip on the front right fender where the fender meets the door body line, but could be fixed easy with touch up paint. Aftermarket head unit with speakers in back by rear window, I wanted to revert it back to OEM but never got to it.Car is very solid and runs great, clean Ohio title in hand.
