This 1938 Ford pickup is an outstanding example of a rare model in today's marketplace. The ½-ton pickup has been fully restored and only has about 20 miles on it since its completion in 2021. It had a total frame-off every nut and bolt restoration. All the chrome was professionally restored to better than factory. Factory steel wheels with caps/trim rings. Wood plank/stainless bed is stunning. 'Optional Features' include chrome front bumper, side-mount spare, chrome mirrors, turn signals, and drivers side spotlight. The Awesome black pleated vinyl upholstery is perfect. A classic dash holds a full set of factory gauges plus additional aftermarket instruments. This beautiful Ford is powered by an 85hp flathead V8 that has been totally rebuilt. It has been fitted with Offenhauser aluminum heads and Dual carb Offenhauser intake. The electrical system has been upgraded to a 12-volt alternator system. The flathead is mated to a three-speed manual transmission w/floor shift. Hydraulic drum brakes handle stopping requirements. I have receipts for all Parts and outside Labor used to complete this build. Since I restored the vehicle mysel, the labor to complete this build is hard to say exactly but it is in the 1000's of hrs. I hate to sell this truck because it was actually built for my father who passed away last year with Dementia. But circumstances are forcing me to. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
