1993 Ford Ranger SPLASH. I searched for many years for the right Ranger Splash. This Splash is the right color- Vibrant red with gray cloth bucket seats. This Splash is equipped with the big 4.0 V6, automatic transmission, power steering and brakes, air conditioning, power windows and door locks, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, AM FM cassette, Splash package, chrome 15" wheels, sliding rear window and bedliner. This Ranger was delivered to the Los Angeles sales district so rust is not an issue. There is no rust on the body at all. The Splash wears it's original paint, It still shines well, there are a few scratches and dings and a few spots where the paint is thin from waxing. For a 30 year old vehicle it is in great shape. The interior is in good condition with some normal wear, mainly on the driver's seat edge from sliding in and out. There is the start of a crack on the dashpad. The carpet is in good condition and includes the original Splash floor mats. Mechanically the truck runs very well, everything works as it should with the exception of the air conditioner.
I bought the truck 3 years ago. When I first got it I replaced the windshield, headlights and turn signals and wheel center caps. I parked the car in the back of my garage where it has sat since. I did keep it on a battery tender and started it occasionally but I now find myself downsizing in preparation for a move. The truck starts right up and still runs great. The odometer reads 11,888 which I assume has rolled over.
The car still has the Utah title from when I bought it, I will provide a bill of sale with the title to the buyer. The car is sold AS-IS
Any inspections are to be done before the end of the auction, you are bidding to buy the car, not to come and check it out and decide.As nice as this 30 year old truck is, it is not perfect. Please do not have unreasonable expectations.
