Hello!

You are looking at my 76 ford bronco. I have put 3 different suspension systems in this thing and it is now fully dialed. I have found the perfect balance. You can pin it, tow a trailer at 80 mph to Moab, and then run all the hard trails. With the pin pulled this guy is pretty flexy, say 32 inches off the ground with the other tires on the ground.

I fully cleaned this thing up in 1998. Any compromised body parts where replaced which was confined to the drivers door hinges area.. All bushings and bolts where replaced. Painted in Desert Zolotone. A low mileage 89 GT HO Mass Air Mustang Fuel injected engine installed along with the AOD. Any rust since then is surface rust. All original steel body. Cut with old school fender flares. Shaved rockers that are replaced with 2x4 square rock sliders plumbed for air. Dash was modified for the glove box to miss the cage, vent delete, and replaced with factory bronco switches to control all the goods. NOS speedometer installed during rebuild, so mileage shown is the miles since the rebuild. Had 187,000 on it when the rebuild took place.

89 GT HO mustang had 78,000 miles, and came with factory forged pistons, roller cam, roller rockers, Mass Air and the AL9 computer. Wild horses shorty ceramic coated headers. V belt drives converted over to the 50 oz imbalance, with 3 g alternator, canned ham power steering pump and cooler. Wild horses 4 core radiator. Dual Optima's with jump start solenoid. AOD was rebuilt with the motor home gear set installed. As it is an AOD, it works with the factory gear shifter. Tranny temp gauge installed after the cooler. Dana 20 rebuilt. Tom Woods heavy duty drive shafts. Factory Dana 44 up front, 456, ARB air locker with braided air line, Lincoln disc brakes and braded brake line. Rear is factory 9" housing, curry 31 spline axels, 456, ARB air locker and braided line, Cadillac rear caliper disc brakes with parking brake feature and braided line. I have replaced the ARB electric solenoids with air valves from a F600 dump truck. Fuel delivery is through a aux pump filling a fuel filter accumulator from a Wild Horses 23 gallon tank with custom skid plate, and high pressure pump is a ford van exterior mount pump. Full braided fuel lines with exterior fuel gauge on the hood. Suspension is long travel 3.5" Wild Horses coils up front with relocated shocks, and a Dusenberry wristed radius arm, updated to F150 coil buckets and rubber degreed bushing and arm bushings. Rear is Wild Horses 11 leaf 3.5" rears with rubber bushings and F150 shackles. Wrap trap installed. Duff Baha rear bumper, and custom front bumper for the hoist model warn 8274 winch. Winch control set up with 120V cord ends, so you can add extension cords for more winch control length. Super handy! Doors are fullly rebuilt and close better than factory, mirrors are Ranger folding mirrors. Hinges are lift off hinges. Factory front seats, and fold and tumble rear seat (Mitsubishi or something, cannot remember). Tool box made of ammo cases and high lift jack behind the rear seat. Tires are 33x12.50 Goodyear mud terrain, with RAD valves along with the factory air valves. One spare with Rad Valve, and one without. F150 steering linkages installed over the knuckles. Comes with 2 extra sets of doors and hinges, Duff Pre runner front bumper, tow bar, Bikini top, few bins of extra parts, and its own car trailer which had new tires and bearings two years ago. Clean title on the trailer. Rest of trailer is pretty much wore out, but it hauls the bronco perfectly.

Now down to the current condition. The tires where new when this bronco was parked 12 years ago. It drove to its covered storage area, and then winched itself back onto the trailer the other day. I have not touched it, as in cleaned the fuel tank, or tried to start it. I will leave that up to you, but am sure that it will run just fine after you prep it however you feel like resurrecting this bad boy. I have way more parts kicking around than I will ever remember for this thing. Tires are new, but aged out of course. It comes on its trailer and ready for transport with a 2 5/16 and a 7 pin tractor trailer plug.

Known problems. Tires and Batteries, clearly are older. One of the Cadillac calipers was leaking when parked. Soft top is in pretty good condition, but some of the 2 piece snaps have separated. They need preplaced. No speakers for the radio. That's all that I can think of.
