1928 Ford Model A

This 1928 Ford Model AA truck made the cover of Hemmings a couple years ago. It is garage stored, lightly driven. We believe the previous owner was an auto dealer who used it as a attraction on the showfloor. It was very clean.

I purchased this March 1928 production Ford AA wood stake bed truck a eight or so years ago for parades, ice cream excursions with the kids, neighbors, holiday decor, etc.
I worked with some local Model A club enthusiasts to tune up the engine, install a new clutch, clean the carburetor, add a kill switch for the battery. It starts andruns reliably and and features original wire wheels which are a bit more rare than typical disk wheels on Model AAs.

Interior seat was replaced by the prior owner, so it looks new. The panel gauges don't work; we never worked on them. The exterior paint is in great condition, save for some chipping along the right side splash apron.

This is a great truck, but I want the garage space back and wife has plans for the proceeds.
I'm happy to answer questions. It comes with an engine crank which is strictly backup as it has battery start.
