Vehicle Details1948 F6 has been in storage for the past 22 years. It has the original flathead v8 engine. I was able to get the engine runnig and it sounds good, however it does need both a carb and fuel pump. There are NO brakes.,.in the glove box were some NOS wheel clyinder kits. Both the trans and the rear end are good, It is a 4speed with a 2 speed rear, so put it in gear, let out the clutch and you have brakin. My desire was to restore this into a 40s motor home, BUT age and time dont agree with my schedule.. Several extra items, side bodies see photos, all trim that I removed, an after market fuel tank, the truck went to California and brought back 4 horses it the late teens. Floors and cab corners are not perfect but there is no sheet metal that needs replacing. Almost all parts are readily available. I will deliver either of the F6s at no cost if within 50 miles of Macon, Georgia. Glass and rubber are weak, all 7 tires have been and are holding air.
