Description:

1934 Ford Deluxe Eight Deluxe

This auction is for a 1934 Ford Deluxe 2 Door Sedan. It appears to still be all original, paint, interior, engine, etc. The odometer reads 59K and I believe that to be original as well. A North Dakota Ford Dealer took it in trade in 1962 and put it in the basement of his dealership. It sat there from 1962 until 1991 when the dealership was closed down. I purchased the car and brought it back to Minnesota. My intent was to build a street rod, but after looking it over, I decided I didn't have the heart to cut it up. So, I put it in the back of my shop until I could decide what to do. Life happens, so it sat there from 1991 until this summer, 2023. I still have other projects in front of this one, so I have decided it's time for a new caretaker.
It now has a rebuilt distributor, rebuilt carburetor, rebuilt fuel pump, new plugs, new wires, new cap, new rotor, and new points. (The gas tank is currently a jug under the hood.) The compression is fairly low in all of the cylinders which may be the reason why this one got traded to the dealer in 1962. I do drive it around my local neighborhood, but I wouldn't take it down the highway until it got some updates. It hasn't been messed with, but it's not perfect either. There are some dents along the roof and rear fender on the driver's side. I tried to show those areas in my pictures.

Feel free to let me know if you have any questions. If you would like more pics, then I would be happy to take them. I do have a clean and clear Minnesota title issued in my name and dated August, 1991. I may be able to help with delivery, depending on where you are located, as I occasionally go on road trips to other states. I also have a friend in SoCal who occasionally comes this direction with a 4-car hauler. So, if you're interested both in the car and in delivery, then feel free to send me a question with your location and we can go from there. Thanks! Mike.
