Up for auction is my 1966 mustang coupe with a clean title. I’ve owned it for 4 years in hopes of fixing it up as weekend driver but never got around to it due to family and work. This car is a rolling chassis. There is no engine or transmission. Body is solid for a 57 year old car. There is a few a character scratches and dings and a chip of paint missing on the driver side fender lip and a chip of paint peeling on the corner of the passenger side fender right beneath the bottom of the pillar . This is not a rust bucket, a very solid fully garage kept classic muscle car. The paint color is a teal color however the car was last painted in the 90s so it has seen better days no fading just a little more on the flat side. Shocks and shock towers are like new no rust and very solid. Doors open and close tightly with solid door jams. Trunk pans, floor pans and frame are solid no holes just surface rust here and there. Interior wise there are no cracks on the dash the passenger seat does have a few rips and tears the backseat is flawless however there is no headliner installed I do have a new headliner that comes with the car as well as a Haynes mustang repair manual and mustang collectors book. This car was set up to run with a manual transmission, the 4 speed shifter is there inside the console as well as the clutch pedal. Drum brakes all around with brand new tires and nearly new wheels. Bumpers may have a little bit of pitting. Whoever owned the car before me had cut small holes in the firewall near where the grease fittings are on the lower arms but that could be patched no problem. The only spots on the car that catch the eye is the paint bubbles on the bottom corners of the door (driver side is worse than passenger side as you can see in the photos). And the spot of rust starting on the bottom corner of the rear windshield. Rear quarters are solid as well as inner fender wells. I do have a few parts that come with the car that is brand new like the fan shroud and all the mounting hardware. Buyer is responsible for local pickup only. I prefer payment to be a check or money order mailed to me after auction is over.
