For your consideration is a 1987 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 V8 2dr Coupe. Equipped with power options and an automatic transmission. The prices are increasing on all of these 1980's collector cars, and this one is affordable for anyone looking for a classic collectible hot rod muscle car on a budget! Odometer showing 81,182 miles.

This car has a Maryland Salvage Title. Please check the laws in your state to see what is required to title and license if that's the route you wanted to go. It was in an accident in 2002. It has been repaired and driven since. It runs and drives surprisingly well. She rides, drives, and handles way better than you would expect; straight down the road with no shimmies, shakes, or vibrations. However it is rusted in a few places that would need to be fixed or restored. The shock towers under the hood would need to be addressed. Both doors have rust issues and there is red tape currently covering it. Underneath has issues too that would need to be fixed for a state inspection. Please see the pics. The car was purchased to turn into a drag racing car, but priorities have since changed, and decided to let it go to a new home.

The paint isn't that bad. Its nothing to be ashamed of. I think the car could be restored, or use it for parts to build another car. It is complete. The interior shows really well and everything works, power windows, locks, gauges, shifts perfectly through all the gears. Engine fires right up, doesn't smoke or tick. All of the glass is clear. It would need a rear drivers side tire, so I would recommend using a trailer or flatbed to transport the car until someone went over it mechanically.
