Vehicle Details

Up for sale is a 1965 F100 2WD. I originally bought this truck from a wheat farmer out in Kansas. It still has the original dealership badging that reads “Wolfe’s Meade” and comes with original Owner’s Manual that’s shows it was purchased on 2/19/1965 in Meade, Kansas. I had it shipped here to Los Angeles and began to work on it. It has a clean California title. Since I’ve bought, it here’s a list of things that I’ve done to it:

Pulled out and rebuilt the engine (Vin has it listed as a 6 CYL 240) which means it’ll last you a lifetime

Along with all that entails a rebuilt engine it also has:

New fuel pump

New water pump

New clutch

New master cylinder

All 4 brakes (drums) were recently redone

All 4 tires are brand new Goodyear Wrangler TrailRunner A/T (bought 4/19/23)

New in cab fuel tank

New carburetor

New Champion Aluminum Radiator

New shocks all around and new coil springs up front

Originally a 3 on the tree but now has a 4 on the floor (original owner bought it after high school and made that change sometime down the line)

I have the original steering wheel horn button that will come with it along with the chrome trim for the interior door panels (you can buy the vinyl panels online but not the trim). I also have a one wire alternator from Summit Racing that I haven’t installed but will throw in the cab if you should choose to go that route (cleans up the wiring and deletes the voltage regulator)

This truck is ready to drive. It needs nothing mechanically and fires right up. Shifts as it should. All gauges and lights work as they should, including the wipers. There’s no rust other than patina but absolutely no rot anywhere. I was so busy wanting to get it right mechanically that I never touched the interior. It’s a solid truck that could be driven as is or restored/modded if wanted without having to weld any new metal. Rocker panels are solid. There are some dings and dents being that it’s a 58 year old farm truck but overall it’s a straight truck. All you would have to do is turn the key, drive and enjoy. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Thank you.
