1988 Mustang Lx 5.0 coupe SSP. This Mustang was a documented New York State police car. 5 speed manual. Ac has been removed. The car runs, and possibly drives, but it DOES NOT HAVE BRAKES, so no test drives. I current have it on my lift. It will go in 1s, and reverse and the tires spin off the ground. It has what looks like a 2” cowl hood, aftermarket headers, under drive pulleys. It revs quick. It is a project. So far I have flushed the gas tank, installed a new fuel pump and filter. New battery. Mileage unknown. I believe it is 170,000 but no idea.
The bad I know of: Fuel lines leaking, has cancer in places, seats need to be replaced or recovered. Driver door handle is off, passenger door will not open. Brakes do not work.
