Vehicle Details

This has been a Georgia vehicle its entire life. I am the third owner, the original owners had it in the family for 20 years. It was purchased new in 1991 at Gene Evans Ford in Union City, GA by a Vietnam Veteran. He passed away in 2003 and it was inherited by his daughter. A collector bought it in 2011 and owned it for 11 years. It has only been a leisure/show vehicle. Most of the miles were put on it from 1991-2003. I have owned it for about a year. I am selling due to have too many vehicles. I currently have six vehicles and need to sell a few.

This Mustang is all original with no aftermarket modifications. The only things that is not stock is a set of new Flowmaster 40 series dual muffler & tail pipe. Everything else is 100% factory or OEM replacement. The Mustang has almost 54,000 original and verified miles. This is an automatic transmission, of course the 5.0 V-8, five-spoke 16-inch Mustang GT Wheels with brand new tires (less than 1,000 miles on the tires). It has power windows/locks, cruise control (which works just fine), leather wrapped steering wheel, duel electric remote mirrors, Cassette Stereo radio. The A/C blows cold and works great. Heat works as well.

Color is Ultra Blue Clearcoat Metallic with the lower TuTone paint. I have a Marti report which shows that there were 492 made with this paint/trim code.

New items with the past year: battery, alternator, tune up with new plugs & plug wires, flowmaster 40 series muffler and tailpipe, new tires. This Mustang drives great, handles well. No issues whatsoever. About a month ago a drove it on an 800 mile round trip and it performed flawlessly. There are two items that I need to mention: 1.) There is no key for the trunk. The previous owner did not have it. However, you can open the trunk via the trunk release button in the glove box. 2.) The passenger side rear window will not roll all the way down. It starts to go down, but then seems to get stuck. I believe this is a common issue on fox body convertibles and likely an easy fix. All other power windows work fine. These are the only items that I am aware of. I am not a mechanic, but the car has recently been serviced at a local Ford dealership and local mechanic shop and both commented that the car is in great shape.

This is a rare, unmolested, low mileagage, original fox body. The convertible top works perfectly with no issues. You do not see many like this anymore and it gets plenty of looks. Please let me know if you have specific questions.
