1991 Ford E350 Motorhome for sale. Previous water damage was repaired and some work remains to be done for the handyman or handywoman that buys this gem.
The engine runs strong. The transmission shifts as it should. The tires were bought new in 2020 very few miles but spent time sitting. Bought the vehicle with no title. We got a bonded title and put this vehicle in our name. The title is a clean blue Texas title there are no restrictions and implications that we noticed, insurance is cheap and registration is the same as a non bonded title. The stove works (light with a match), the rooftop AC works, the generator works, the radio works, the electrical outlets and lights work, the gas heater works, the water heater works (I light this with a torch), the power and water hookups work and 2 adapters are included. I use a portable propane tank setup to run the gas and that works, cruise control works, the horn is upgraded to a Cucaracha airhorn, wipers and wiper water squirter works. This vehicle was last registered August 2022
I will tell you the things that haven't been fixed yet. The refrigerator does not work. The onboard gas cylinder needs inspection for the gas company to fill up where I live, some of the under the floor compartments are difficult to open, I have the key which is included in the sale but I suggest replacing and re-keying the doors on these compartments, there is a crack in the windshield that is not across the drivers field of view, the paint is original, some of the skin was damaged and this has been sealed up and put back into place with little concern for the cosmetic value. The roof and sides and windows do no leak, The front brakes need to be serviced and possibly the rear brakes as well...this thing runs and drives and stops, but not as fast as I would like. If you put water in the water tank some water leaks from the lines or the pressure pump, if you run water from the waterhookup on the side of the RV nothing leaks so this is what we did and the toilet and shower and sink work properly.
I think I have mentioned all the major flaws, please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions, I will be powerwashing the exterior and detailing the interior to an acceptable level prior to selling.
This vehicle is for local pickup only. You can drive it home at your own risk...the vehicle recently did a 150 mile drive from my ranch back to my house to ready for sale. If you want me to drive it to you we will need to fix the front brakes at minimum and get it registered, then we can discuss price...I still have insurance on the RV until I sell it.
I will not release the vehicle until I have received full payment. I accept cash, wire transfer, or zelle nothing else sorry, there are scammers out there that try to reverse transactions so really I prefer cash at time of pickup.
