This van was purchased originally in Spokane from a Ford Dealership. My dad purchased it from the original owner in the spring of 1978 and has been in our family ever since for the past 45 years.
This was my dad's baby and has always been well taken care of. It did spend 24 years down in Chandler, AZ before he moved back to Spokane, WA in 2005. And it has been in a Tempature Controled storage ever since unless it was on the road.
We recently drove it to a Vintage Snowmobile show about 200 miles round trip and it drove perfect. It is also a very comfortable travel rig.
It is a 460 Big Block with a C6 Transmission. Dana 44 x Dana 60 205 Pathfinder Transfer Case. C8 Gear Ratio. Options: AC, Intermittent Wipers, HO Heater, Wilderness Package, Locking Hubs, 4 Captains Chairs, Cruise Control, Duel Exhaust and Duel Fuel Tanks.
Motor and Trans Freshened Up about 30,000 miles ago. 750 AFB Carter Electric Choke. Newer Radiator, Heater Core, Windsheild, Alternator, Brakes and Newer Paint. Recently Serviced, New Hoses and Belts and Tune Up.
New Tires BFG 33 1250 x 16.5 and New Stereo and Speakers.
