Up for auction is 1959 Ford Thunderbird with 352 cid V8 and Automatic transmission.

I bought this vehicle couple years back from older lady, who had purchased it as father-son project 13-15 years ago. The owner before her had started the project - but as you can see, it was never finished.

I put in a new fuel pump and starter motor and got it cranking but it doesn’t run, I am thinking the carburetor is bad (have a spare carb to go with the car), but I can’t be sure of course. It needs battery cables as well.

The body is in pretty good condition, however there’s a hole in foot well and some fiberglass patches in trunk (see photos). Windshield has a crack

Overall - it’s a good project car for someone who is looking for a squarebird: parts are easy to find and they are cheap. I am selling it because I bought another TBird and need room in my garage.
