If you have ever wanted a 67 Mustang Coupe project that was affordable.

This is the car.

We have a clean title for the car.

If you are a serious buyer, and would like us to end the auction early, please contact us through EBay

This is an original V-8, 289 “C” code car, with 5 lug suspension both front and rear. Call us if you need a different engine or transmission, no problem we have most kinds, and are available separately at very reasonable prices.
This was originally a Red Mustang, but you can paint it any color you like.

We have included some pictures of other Mustangs at the end of the photos below showing how the car might look when finished.

The 1967 Mustang brought buyers into the showrooms by the thousands and Ford’s strategy worked—selling more Mustangs than ever before.
When fully restored, this car will easily sell for $30,000 or more.

BODY:
The body is in good shape, with typical rust repair required in the normal places. We have the panels/parts you will need at Mustang Beginnings to help you save money. We are both a Dynacorn and Scott Drake Dealer, so we can help you with any parts you may need.

If you are new to the restoration process, we can coach you through all the steps. Overall this Mustang is a great candidate for restoration.

INTERIOR:
The interior will need a little work, and it is really the easiest part of the restoration. The good news is that you can see what is needed. You aren’t accepting someone else’s mistakes or bad repairs.
All the wiring, instrument panel, seats, etc. will come with the car but will need to be restored.
Both front buckets seats will need to be upholstered, and we can sell you anything you need for redoing the interior. The rear seats are in the car but will need to be redone as well. You will need new door panels and dash pad as well as carpet.

ENGINE BAY:
Engine bay is in great condition. Currently the 289 cc engine is not in the car, but we can provide you with one, which can be rebuilt, or you can use it as a core, if you decide to drop in a rebuilt crate engine. Do you want to upgrade? We have 302’s and 351 Cleveland engines (priced separately) which will drop right in, and again the original 289 can be used as a core.

Please contact us for recommendations on what engine is best for you.

BRAKE SYSTEM:
The Mustang has front and rear drum brakes. They are intact and complete. If you would rather have front disk brakes, we can add those for $1,500.

GLASS:
The car will need a new front windshield, which is just as well, because windshield are often nicked or cracked. The rear window looks ok.The rest of the glass will be included as well, but there may be nicks or scratches which can be fixed or replaced.

MISC.
The Mustang comes with everything shown in the pictures, and most all of its parts. I have a couple of contacts for all the other NOS stuff you may need
At MustangBeginnings we are here to help you make your restoration a success. Please contact us if you have any questions.

WE HAVE 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK AND PLAN TO KEEP IT THAT WAY! THERE ARE NO SURPRISES HERE, I ENCOURAGE ALL THOSE WHO BID TO COME SEE THE CAR FIRST IF POSSIBLE OR SEND SOMEONE HERE TO INSPECT IT. WE HAVE COMPLETED OTHER 67 MUSTANGS AND KNOW WHAT IT TAKES TO COMPLETE THIS CAR. THIS IS A GOOD CAR TO START WITH. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS A 67 MUSTANG THAT NEEDS TO BE REBUILT INTO SOMETHING SPECIAL.
AGAIN, WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL BIDDERS TO CHECK THE CAR OUT IF POSSIBLE THAT WAY THERE ARE NO MISUNDERSTANDING, MISTAKES, MISCOMMUNICATION, AND ALL THE OTHER MISES.
THE CAR MIGHT NEED THINGS WE DID NOT LIST BUT THE MAJOR ONES HAVE BEEN LISTED. WE PUT THE WORD “PROJECT” IN THE DESCRIPTION TO COVER ANYTHING WE MIGHT HAVE NOT SEEN. WE HAVE THE CAR FOR SALE LOCALLY AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END AUCTION EARLY.
