It will need a full restoration, it has been blasted to bare metal, epoxy primed, and 4 coats of 2k primer with guide coat. It's ready to be blocked, fix all the dents, and primed again. It is not ready for paint, it would make a PERFECT drag car. There is NO TITLE with this car. It was going to be done up as a drag car so the title was not needed. If you want a title there are companies that can get you a title such as Broadway Title. You can check them out online.
