You are looking at a documented car from Ford - original 1976 Ford Grand Torino Starsky & Hutch special edition - signed by theoriginal actors in the TV show. Ford made over 1000 of these cars for one model year only in 1976 and this is one of those cars. It is estimated that fewer than 80 of these cars remain. Made in the fordfactory as and S&H car - no not a clone!This car was used during the release of the movie in New York... used through out NY, riven by and signed by both theoriginal Starsky and Hutch ( have several pictures with them in car). This car was on the TODAY, SPN show in New York City and used during the movie release.ConditionThe car has some minor rust but since I’ve had it has always been in a garaget. The paint is outstanding and shines like new: Not 100% but dam close to it . The original 351w was re place by a 351 , e added dual exhaust with flow masters to improve the sound and made minor adjustments to the trany for a quicker take off. All the gauges work and there are no leaks or issues or knocks. The interior is beautiful and completely original. The rims are perfect and the tires are in great shape., ear has air shocks. All the lights work, ncluding the dome light and dash lights. The ignition buzzer works as well. The engine bay is detailed and the car is truly “show quality”. The chrome, tainless trim and headliner are all original and are in good to excellent condition. The car won some local shows 3 years ago in New Yor, and was featured in the premier of the “Starsky and Hutch” movie.This is a classic car…… NO OTHER LIKES THIS ….. signed by both Paul Michael Glaser ( Starksy) and David Soul ( Hutch) on the dashboard side that they both sat in. This may be the last 1976 Ford Torino that both Starsky and Hutch drove together in as they did a stunt in New York City during the premier of the movie with Bern Stiller and Owen Wilson.I bought this for my kids to take to car shows in and what a blast we had together. Always a fun time in this car … runs solid to and Ford sound from the exhaust. My lids are older now and we don’t use this as much.We’ve had the car since 2003 and in late 04 put a re built 351 Cleveland engine in which runs prefect. The new engine has less than 1000 miles on it.You are looking at a documented original 1976 Ford Grand Torino Starsky & Hutch plus extras you found it. Documentation:- There are many clones out there, ut this is the real deal, sed for the movie and on the cover of Sony’s playstation. This is not a tribute car, r a reproduction. It is a real and has been fully documented with a letter directly from Ford
