1993 Ford Mustang LX. 52k Mile Two Owner Car. It has been owned by my friend since think title shows bought in 95 with 20k miles approx. It is for sure 52k mile car. I bought it approx 2 years ago but never transfer title so will still register as 2 owner. I have in transit plates that i use on it from my Auto shop. The car was garage kept its whole life aside for 1 year that it sat outside under a cover before i bought it. Cover brushed up against paint when wind hit so clear coat was ruined. I had professionally painted 4 months ago and would call paint and body a 8 out of a 10. Installed new front headlights, new trim, new mirror assys, emblems and more during repaint. Installed new fuel tank. Not sure what all has been done to the engine but not stock. Has long tube headers but they rusted out and leak a bit "Cheap old headers" also h pipe rusted through but mufflers are okay. . There is no rust or rust holes anywhere on car. Has Flowmaster exhaust and was on the car when he bought it. I just installed the new 17 inch pony wheels 17x8 in front and 17x9 in rear. tires are 245/45 17 in front and 275/40 17 in rear. Have approx 100 miles on them. Is a true 5 speed car and all power train is original from what i know. Trans shifts without issue. Front struts are blown but will order new ones and install before auction end. There is some bubbling on drivers rear window where was refinished. Can see in photo. There is a roll cage in car. I like it as the car is fast and gives real race car feel. Car was never taken to the track and definitely never had slicks installed. But did have occasional street race amongst friends when we were younger. But was not overrevved. This car smoked most everyone and was mainly because was driven and shifted at correct points. This color was one year only color and if you see Marti report photo in listing you will see it is very rare color combo with the upgraded rear diff with 308 Trac lok. Also factory unroof car. Just installed new seals on that as well. This Car was built the month before they finished up production on this body style and 93 is hands done the best year and is the newest of these cars you can find. Values on these cars will climb in the years to come so is a safe investment and just over fun car to own and drive. Battery is in trunk just sitting back there not mounted and i would prefer back up front but will leave that for new owner to decide. Seat belts are not in car. I have some used front belts i will put in trunk for buyer. Vin Number labels are still present all over car. Rear hatch has label and rear quarters and door label all present. Has clean Illinois title. The car is being sold as is no warranty expressed or written. Own great piece of automotive history that will only increase in value as years go on. Looks like there is just two days till auction end. New front struts have been installed and weather is bad so cannot take it for a test drive but sure it handles like new again. We are fairly close to reserve and approx 4k away as of writing this. Hard to believe a car like this can sell so cheap. Everytime i walk past it i can not help but think about how sexy and badass it is with this new Electric Current Red paint. Not sure there is any good muscle cars that you can buy that you can take to a car show that is this inexpensive. Also a car that is just so fun to drive. Anyway, good Luck and Happy Bidding!
