Ford Mustang. UP FOR AUCTION: 1965 Mustang Coupe, Notchback, 2 door / 4 seater. Car was originally going to be a custom. The rear taillight panel was filled to be modified to accept 64-65 Thunderbird original sequencing taillights. The gas cap is frenched as part of the tail light panel mod's. The lower rear valance will be included with a exhaust cutout all ready completed in the panel. All parts in pictures will be included. The lower front valance has european fog lights built into it and included. The car itself has new drum brakes all around ( would recommend disc brake upgrade or know how to plan your stops well in advance), the fuel line was upgraded to a stainless steel one, New engine bay wiring harness, A Boss 302 motor ( original motor had a cracked block) coupled to a built C4 transmission was installed. New tires all around, less than 10 miles on them, since bought in early 2020. The passenger side floor pan, (front and rear) needs replacement( pans included in sale), front pan was eaten away due to anti-freeze leak in heater core saturating carpet and anti-freeze becoming acidic, over time the pan was was eaten through. Have used air box with good heater core included. The driver side floor pan ( front and rear) is solid and rust free. as is the rest of the car. Surface rus, but no holes. Left rear quarter is solid, and work on right rear was started to patch hole in lower rear edge. Car is 55 years old and could use a face lift / nip and tuck here and there. All bumpers will be included, though not pictured. There is a new front bumper with new bumper bolts kit included also have original bumpers as well, that will sent along with it.
