This 1968 Ford Mustang hardtop has been asleep for 30 years in a heated garage. The mileage is original and is 54316. I bought the car from the second owner and removed all of the boxes around it, loaded it on my trailer and brought it home to my hydraulic lift. All the Mechanicals necessary have been gone through. New brake cylinders, new brake pads, new drums and a new master cylinder. On the fuel side: new gas tank, new fuel pump and a professionally rebuilt carburetor. On the electrical side, the car has new wires, plugs, points, rotor, condenser and distributor cap. The car runs and drives smoothly. Stops as new brakes should. The cruise-o-matic, automatic transmission shifts flawlessly. The original interior has the rare bench seat option. The interior is very nice as per pictures enclosed. Working features include an aftermarket radio, power steering, tinted glass, a vinyl roof, air conditioning (all there but not working, power steering and a 200 6 cylinder engine which purrs nicely. The body has some rust but not bad. I bought a new driver's door skin as it would be easier than trying to repair the original door panel. There is some rust in the trunk. And awesome extra, I have the original build sheet which was behind the instrument cluster.
